Refund policy
We will honor returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom orders are unable to be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt or if the sizing is incorrect. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please include your leg measurement, the size you ordered and the replacement size you're requesting. For size exchanges, we will cover shipping costs back to Neurolife. If you need to exchange your item(s), please contact us within 5 business days of receipt.
Refunds
You will be notified by email once we have received your returned item. You are responsible for shipping unless the error was Neurolife's fault. If the item(s) are approved for a return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
