How can I contact Neurolife?

    Ordering and Shipping

      Where do you ship from?

      All orders are shipped out of our Houston Texas warehouse.  Current shipping times are 3-8 days for contiguous US.  HI and AK will take a few days longer.  Orders placed before 2PM ET, will process and ship out the same day.  Orders after 2PM will be processed and shipped the following morning.

      Each order is assigned a tracking number that is emailed to the email address on the order as soon as the order is fulfilled.

        Can I change or cancel my order?

        Yes, changes or cancellations can be accommodated if your order hasn’t yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately at info@shopneurolife.com for assistance.

          Product Information

          How do I know which size of knee brace to order?

          We have a detailed sizing chart available on our product pages. For the best fit, measure your knee according to the guidelines provided and match your measurements with the correct size options listed.

          Are your knee braces suitable for sports activities?

          Our braces can be used for sport activities however, the X-Force Knee Brace provides more stability than an ordinary knee sleeve.  

            Returns and Refunds

            What is your return policy?

            We will honor returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom orders are unable to be returned or exchanged.

            To request a return or exchange, email us at: info@shopneurolife.com.  Please include your order number and reason for the return or exchange. For exchanges, please read carefully below:
            Exchanges
            We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt or if the sizing is incorrect.  If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please include your leg measurement, the size you ordered, and the replacement size you're requesting.  For size exchanges, we will cover shipping costs back to Neurolife.  If you need to exchange your item(s), please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. 
            Refunds
            You will be notified by email once we have received your returned item. You are responsible for shipping unless the error was Neurolife's fault. If the item(s) are approved for a return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

              Additional Support

              Is there a warranty on your products?

              Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues, please email us with details and we will assist you.
